All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Currently we provide secured free shipping with an estimated delivery time of 5–10 business days for all orders.

Note: Delivery times may vary depending on factors like customs clearance (for international orders) and weather conditions.


3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to track your shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update in the system.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.

  • We are unable to ship to PO boxes, military addresses, or any addresses that are not supported by our carriers.


6. Damaged or Lost Packages

7. Returns & Exchanges
